WELDING

Welding is the process of permanently connecting two or more metal parts by melting the workpiece and adding filler material to form a strong bond. With the latest equipment and highly skilled employees, our company can provide various welding services to meet your various needs. We use MIG/MAG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques according to NAAMM standards to provide the best and most durable connections for our various metal alloys.

We use materials of different grades to meet our customers' technical specifications. Welding services are applicable to:

Stainless steel: There are multiple grades to choose from. Stainless steel contains at least 11% chromium in addition to other elements such as nickel, copper, and molybdenum. Stainless steel of various grades has good weldability and is an excellent choice for customized manufacturing projects.

Nickel alloy: Welding nickel alloy requires additional protection against oxygen and other contaminants, as these contaminants can cause porosity, cracking, and stress corrosion.

Aluminum: Available in 3003, 5052, 6063, and other alloys. All the aluminum alloys we use are easy to weld and can be used for customized manufacturing. Based on the thickness of the cross-section, our technicians usually use GMAW or GTAW for welding.

Carbon steel: MIG welding is mainly aimed at carbon steel. But welding rod welding and TIG welding processes can also be used.

FINISH MACHINING

If needed, our grating can be manufactured using rough cutting or precision machining edge cuts for structural components, process pipelines, or manholes. This service can make installation easier and faster, and reduce or eliminate on-site modifications, saving you a lot of time and money.
