Round Bar Grating is a type of steel grating that is made of a bearing bar and a cross bar that are orthogonally combined at a certain distance and welded together. The cross bar is made of round steel, which is usually welded to the surface of the steel grating to replace the twisted square steel cross bar. It can also pass through the middle of the Bear Bar, or be welded to the upper and lower surfaces of the Bear Bar. Compared with ordinary steel gratings, perforated steel gratings can better prevent lateral forces from causing deformation of the steel grating.
Technical Parameters
1. Material : ASTM A36, A1011, A569, Q235, S275JR, stainless steel 304, low carbon steel, etc.
2. Bearing bar thickness : usually 2 mm - 12 mm . Special thickness can be customized by laser cutting.
3. Bearing bar width : 20mm - 100mm can be selected according to needs, and the thickness can be selected according to different bearing capacity.
4. Bearing bar spacing : generally 30mm-100mm. Steel gratings with different apertures are suitable for different drainage and load-bearing requirements 5. Crossbar spacing : Use smaller round steel , twisted square steel or bearing bar . The diameter of the round steel is generally 6-10mm. For example, 6mm and 8mm round steel crossbars are more common.
6. Zinc layer thickness : Round Bar Grating has a variety of zinc layer thickness options, ranging from 40g/m² to 610g/m². The thickness of the zinc layer is an important indicator to measure its anti-corrosion performance. The thicker the zinc layer, the stronger the corrosion resistance of the steel grating, and it is suitable for more severe environments.
7. Bearing bar types : I-type, flat type, toothed type.
