Fiber reinforced plastic grating, also known as FRP Grating, is a plate-shaped material with spaces made of glass fiber as reinforcement material and resin as matrix through special processing and compounding. It has multiple advantages such as light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, insulation and anti-slip. This material is made by interlacing glass fibers and pouring resin into the whole mold to form a plate with regularly distributed rectangular or square spaces. It has bidirectional homogeneous mechanical characteristics, corrosion resistance and flame retardancy, non-magnetic insulation, bright colors, and a variety of styles and forms.
Technical Parameters
1. Material: Fiberglass is made of glass fiber, resin, calcium powder and color paste .
2. Product surface: smooth, sanded, checkered plate FRP Grating.
3. Product color: The product colors are extremely rich. The commonly used colors are red, yellow, green, blue, black, and gray. Color customization is also supported.
4. Edge style: There are two options for the edge style of the FRP grating : flush edge and tooth edge.
5. Installation method: Fiberglass grating is often fixed with mounting clips. Common types are: L-type, M-type, and C-type. The connection position of each type of mounting clip is different.
6. Resin type: The main resin types of FRP grating include orthophthalic resin, isophthalic resin and vinyl resin. Orthophthalic resin has ordinary corrosion resistance and is suitable for general corrosive environments; isophthalic resin has stronger corrosion resistance and is suitable for more severe environments; vinyl resin has higher corrosion resistance and heat resistance and is suitable for extreme environments.
