We have grown from a company with only two people and one welding machine in 2008 to a solid steel grating manufacturer with over 150 employees, 20000 square meters of factory space, and three automatic pressure welding assembly lines. More than a decade ago, Mrs. Shi and her husband rented a small factory and bought a welding machine and some materials. Through hard work, determination, and humble attitude, Shunbo Company was established. Initially, we only had a small workshop and no more employees. It was our persistent efforts and honest and trustworthy quality that drove the development of the enterprise. Eventually, it became a trusted manufacturing enterprise, providing services to more and more customers. Today, Shunbo Company has more than 150 skilled employees dedicated to providing customers with excellent experiences.

Shunbo Company strictly follows environmental protection principles from the beginning of raw material procurement. We work closely with suppliers to give priority to recyclable and low-energy raw materials to ensure that the impact on the environment is reduced from the source. At the same time, we continue to optimize the procurement process, reduce unnecessary logistics and transportation, and reduce carbon emissions.

Environmental Protection
During the production process, we attach great importance to environmental protection and are committed to reducing the negative impact of production activities on the surrounding ecological environment. From the selection of raw materials, we give priority to environmentally friendly steel suppliers to ensure that the acquisition of raw materials complies with the principles of sustainable development. In terms of production technology, we continuously invest resources to carry out environmental protection technology transformation. For example, we install efficient purification and treatment equipment for pollutants such as welding smoke and paint exhaust gas to make them meet emission standards; we classify and collect and treat wastewater generated in the production process to realize the recycling of water resources and reduce water waste; for solid waste such as scraps and waste packaging generated in the production process, we establish a complete recycling management system to classify and recycle them to minimize the harm of waste to the environment, strive to achieve green production and clean production, and contribute to the construction of a beautiful home.
Closed Loop Cycle
At the end of each production cycle, waste management becomes a key link in our sustainable development concept. Steel scraps, packaging materials and waste chemicals are carefully classified and properly handled. Steel scraps will be quickly sent back to the recycling process and reused in new production links to maintain the integrity of the material cycle. Packaging waste is either biodegradable or recycled through local waste management facilities, while chemical waste will be neutralized and disposed of in accordance with relevant regulations on hazardous waste to ensure that no harmful residues will seep into the environment.
