Electronic-grade Polysilicon Project

This is a very complex project we have done. Our client produces polysilicon materials, which is a new green and environmentally friendly material for solar power generation. Its structure is very complex, with many production equipment and various complex supports. In addition, there are a large number of pipe holes passing through the grille, which requires a high layout of the steel grating. The standard plate cannot meet the laying requirements, because most of the equipment is a tank body, and an arc-shaped grille is required to surround the equipment. This is very demanding for drawing design, and the customer is constructing several devices at the same time, which is a big test for our design team and workshop production capacity, but we are a team with many years of industry experience, which can't be difficult for us. Our designers and production managers have worked closely together to develop a detailed solution, made a detailed layout layout for the drawings, and developed a detailed production plan. Our designers made skirting boards around the pipe holes and equipment holes in the steel grille to prevent people from stepping on the air. The customer is very satisfied with our approach. Our workers have excellently completed the drawing style formulated by the designer, and the reserved holes for on-site installation are very suitable. Our customer customized 1,500 tons of steel grille with us.
