This project involved providing a custom steel grating solution for a logistics steel platform used in a distribution center. The client required a solution that combined both aesthetic appeal and high functionality. The steel grating needed to align perfectly, with every gap between bars in a straight line. Furthermore, the client’s requirement for alignment and aesthetic consistency called for precise design and manufacturing. Our team delivered a tailored solution that met all of the client's strict criteria, providing a seamless fit and superior performance.

To meet the client’s demanding requirements, we designed and produced a custom steel grating solution that perfectly aligned with their needs:
· Perfect Alignment & Aesthetic Design: Our design team used precise technical drawings to ensure that the gaps between bars were perfectly aligned and that the bearing bars and crossbars were aligned with extreme accuracy. The manufacturing process was carefully controlled to ensure every weld and joint met the client’s high standards for visual consistency.
· Material Selection: Since the grating was to be used indoors, we recommended carbon steel for a more cost-effective solution without compromising strength. To enhance durability and aesthetics, we used galvanized carbon steel with a smooth finish. The crossbars were made from twisted square steel to provide the required load-bearing capacity while ensuring a refined appearance.
· Easy Installation & Maintenance: Given the vibrations from the parcel sorting machines on the platform, we recommended C-type installation clips to secure the steel grating. These clips offer the perfect balance of stability and ease of disassembly, allowing for quick replacement or maintenance without the need for complex tools.
· Customization: Every piece of the steel grating was custom-designed according to the client’s platform layout, ensuring a perfect fit and flawless alignment throughout the entire system.
· Timeline: The entire project, from design and production to installation, was completed on time and within budget.
